I have worked with Ethos Wilder since starting with EthosVO as a Young Leader. After 2020, I was finding it very difficult to find work, so I was thrilled to find Ethos through Universal Credit's Kickstart scheme. At Ethos they run things very differently by putting people first which is something I am passionate about. I have also always been passionate about the environment. I spent all my life building experience in the fields of campaigns, communications and activism. So when I found EthosVO with a rewilding start-up that needed my help in all aspects of social media, comms and data modelling, I instantly felt at home. I have controlled most digital aspects of Ethos Wilder, alongside some blog writing and business dev. I joined Ethos as an environmental campaigner, and I have researched new data sources for Climate Data, written blogs and made a video about it for Ethos Wilder. I helped stage a National Youth Agency workshop with young people to start helping them find their why. I found that I love open discussions with groups about real-world and challenging questions. Everyone liked my personal story and I have since made it into a blog for the Ethos website. I have learnt so much since working with Geoff, about rewilding and conservation from a business aspect, and I look forward to watching Ethos Wilder grow into something truly exciting.
