Young Leader since January 2022. I've learnt a LOT over the few months I've been here. I love problem solving and trying to figure out solutions to problems; both independently and in teams. Historically I've always had a very strong interest in tech and although I still do, I have discovered at Ethos just how much I enjoy working people and less 'tech-focused' projects, such as the podcast proposal and contributing towards changes with some of our internal processes.
