Olivia Macky

With a background in Chemical Engineering, and professional experience in project and operations management, I recently concluded an MSc in Sustainability Science and Policy to establish a firm foundation in, and support a transition to, a career in sustainability, nature, and climate. I grew up spending time on our family farm in New Zealand and exploring nature - while witnessing the fragility of it - and I have long been interested and concerned by the state of the environment and what lives within it. As a result, making meaningful and effective change for nature and the climate is one of my key personal and career goals, as I want to leave the world in a better place for the generations to come - so they can enjoy nature and explore it as I have had the privilege to.
