Ravi Kadam

I have worked for almost 3 decades in field of software development and lately in cloud based infrastructure deployment. My primary skill is technical architecture and building IT platforms. After working for software company (Mastek) for almost 25 years, I left and joined payment startup as cofounder and CTO. Nowadays I am doing consulting engagements with various clients - which includes building EduTech platform in space of Deep Cognitive Learning , Providing consulting to Diabetes management practice as well as working with few startups and established companies to help them with modern Technology Architecture.

In EthosVO, initially I did some bids, but now I am involved in scaling up the Young Leader program with support of Technology. For this project I am working with Rob for understanding his vision of platform and working with Sven to see if the current partner platform itself can be modified to support YL at scale.
