Toyubur Rahman

Toyubur is a fellow of the Institute of Place Management where he has driven a number of successful projects - including the development of Purple Flag Programme for the evening and night time economy and the Portas Town Teams volunteering programme. His role is to support the Ethos Place team to develop placemaking technology solutions which help towns rebuild after the pandemic. Toyubur has a passion for tackling problems that are endemic to town and city centres - complex issues which need multiple stakeholders to coordinate their activities.
